Broccoli Casserole

2 lg. bags frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above together.  Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.  Spread crushed cornflakes( that have been mixed with melted butter) on top of the broccoli the last 20 minutes of baking time.
